Basic customer service is gone! I had an issue at the self-checkout, and it took a few minutes just to get the attention of the employees. When I did, they rolled their eyes as if bothered by my interrupting their conversation. I understand chit-chat, but you still need to fulfill the duties of your job; that is the reason you are given the job. I only put 2 stars because I've never experienced this at an H-E-B. Very unpleasant. I'm glad the manager was aware, but hopefully, it is fixed. Looking at previous reviews, this is a common issue.

Rosa Gamino | Blooms Manager If you are needing any type of bouquet /floral arrangement, HEB Plus on Palm Valley is the store for you! The customer service I have received more than once has been outstanding. Rosa did a phenomenal job assisting me with my son’s rehearsal dinner! She gave me wonderful feedback and encouragement throughout the whole process not only for the rehearsal but also when I purchased flowers for the engagement last year. ​ Her team was very helpful and supportive as we loaded up all the floral into our vehicle on our special day. Thank you kindly, Rosa and thank you HEB Bloom Department!! Amazing customer service and quality work!

Very rude personnel working at this location with a culture of laziness and attitude! My son was bagging our groceries and a rude female cut him off by completely stepping in front of him and reaching over and around to bag the groceries. I told her my son will bag the groceries it’s fine. She rudely stated my manager said to help. I then spoke to the manager and she come over arguing with an attitude! Pretty sure nothing will be done because they all hire people like this!

My adult disabled daughter schedules trips to this HEB # 4 at Palm Valley in Round Rock. She asks for a shopper, so that she can go out independently, without always having a caregiver or attendant holding her hand. She is a grown , educated woman , after all. She goes here because it is easier to navigate , and more comfortable for her. After today , she said will be going elsewhere. Usually, she had been treated respectfully at this location , she relayed that was not the case today. She states that she went in, and asked for a shopper when one became available. She told them she had no problem waiting , as she had given herself plenty of time . However, today she was approached by two managers , who she says pretty much gave her the third degree, asking why she was there, what she wanted , how long she would be there , and laughably, why she didn't use curbside ? She is not homeless, she is not loitering, as she buys items everytime she goes in . She can't use curbside , obviously, and she chooses not to , because she needs to get out in public, and not be isolated inside her home. She should not have to explain this to anyone . She has a right to excersize her independenc
